Landscape Designer Position

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture. Although Landscape Architecture licensure is not required, the candidate must possess 3-5 years of experience in design, planning, and production of construction documentation.

Key responsibilities include demonstrating excellent verbal and visual presentation skills. A strong working knowledge of AutoCAD is essential for producing construction documentation, while familiarity with other design software such as SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite will be highly beneficial.

The candidate must excel in collaboration, contributing effectively to team efforts while also demonstrating the ability to work independently. Strong critical thinking skills are necessary, as well as the flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing project requirements and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Graduate with a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture (BLA) or a Master of Landscape Architecture (MLA)
• Proficiency in communication (both verbal and visual)
• Proficiency in design skills
• Proficiency in presentation skills (both verbal and visual)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Familiarity with SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Land FX, and Microsoft Office
• Ability to collaborate and work independently
• Team player mentality
• Good time-management skills
• Comfortable working under deadlines
• Strong critical thinking abilities
